Hi, I'm Mayri!
I moderate events and
run workshops on the
stuff that actually matters.
Circular economy, systems change, and what an economy
built for wellbeing could look like. I train people, facilitate processes, and hold rooms - across Estonia and Europe.

How I can help you:

For events where the content matters
Good hosting isn't reading names off a card. It's a structure the room can trust, timekeeping people actually respect, and enough curiosity to ask a question the panellist didn't expect. I take preparation seriously, and I find common language with very different kinds of people.
Conferences, hackathons, festivals, panels - in Estonian and English.
- Conference hosting and full-day facilitation
- Panel moderation
- Keynote speeches

For organisations ready to make an impact
Complex topics are my home ground. I design and run workshops on circular economy, systems thinking, and wellbeing economy. My audiences range from university students to companies to the public sector, so I know how to make the material click in whatever room you put me in. Participants leave with something that shifted - not just another slide deck.
- Circular and wellbeing economy - beginner to leadership level
- Systems thinking
- Training-of-trainers

For people who need to be understood
Knowing your subject isn't enough - you have to be understood. Some of the sharpest people I know can't explain what they do in a way that lands. I help founders, experts and panellists speak clearly and mean it, on stage or in a meeting. It's a learnable skill, and it takes practice. The people I've coached have won competitions and raised over 200k in funding with what they learned.
- Pitch coaching for startups
- Public speaking and stage presence
- One-on-one and group sessions
A little about me
I’m Mayri, an event host and trainer based in Estonia.
I want events to feel held, not just hosted. I stay present enough to notice who’s drifting off, what’s not landing and what’s left unsaid, and I adjust. I bring lightness and structure, so people stay with it. I host hackathons, conferences, panels and festivals.
I also train and facilitate, mostly on what’s emerging: circular economy, post-growth thinking, and how to pitch and land new ideas. I have a Masters in Degrowth from UAB and host Küllalt!, an Estonian podcast on what comes after growth.

What it's like to work together

Organising something? Let's talk.
I'm available for event hosting, workshops, and speaking in English and Estonian - across Europe.
